What happens if I need to cancel a session?
I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure fair access to appointment slots. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule appointments at no cost. Late cancellations incur a fee, but exceptions apply for emergencies.
